“I am 71 years old, and was very unhappy with my drooping jaw line. After a good friend shared her own experience with Renu Cosmetic + Reconstructive Surgery, I was beside myself with hope. Up to this point, I had little luck finding a surgeon I felt comfortable with to discuss my concerns. After seeing her results and hearing such strong words of encouragement from a trusted friend, I took the business card and made the appointment.

When I came to the clinic, the staff were warm and welcoming. The nurse took me in the consultation room and explained everything in great detail and asked how I felt about cosmetic surgery and what my expectations were. When I met with Dr. Bourget , I felt comfortable discussing my concerns with his excellent bedside manner, great attitude and confidence. Dr. Bourget and the nursing staff at Renu were extremely accommodating. Even when I requested to be awake during surgery, they made it happen.

The surgery went very well and although I was awake, I felt nothing. For my follow-up, the day after surgery, I felt no pain only tightness from the swelling. I am so very happy that I had a good friend guide me to Renu.”
